Vice President of Sales - Addison, TX

Step started his career with Addison Transportation in May 2002 as a Transportation Coordinator. In July 2004, he was promoted to the position of Account Executive. In August 2012, Step was named Director of Brokerage Development. In March 2013 he passed his Transportation Intermediaries Association examination to become designated as a Certified Transportation Broker. Step was promoted to Vice President of Sales in September 2023. Step grew up in Moscow, Russia. He graduated from the University of North Texas in 2001 with a degree in Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship. He is married to Tamara and they have two children, Zoya and Maxim.
